Sindh Vehicle Ownership Transfer Process
Here is the complete process for Sindh vehicle biometric verification and transfer:
1. Biometric Verification
Buyer and seller verify their identity through NADRA or the Pak-Identity App.
2. Sale Agreement
A written agreement is signed on stamp paper by both parties.
3. Application Submission
Applicants then visit the excise office or civic center in Karachi and receive a token.
4. Document Submission
All required documents get submitted along with the form.
5. Fee Payment
Transfer fees and token taxes are paid online or at the office.
6. Receipt Issuance
After verification, an official receipt is issued.
7. Smart Registration Card
A new smart vehicle registration card is issued within 5 to 15 working days.
